The first post of many! Seeing as this is the first, I hope to set a few goals to accomplish in the coming months!
So first and foremost, I would love to finish a sound re-design of a movie scene. I already have one in mind and I have been working on it. So hopefully it’ll be uploaded and accessible from this site soon!
Next up, I was able to pass the first application stage for the JET Programme! I was able to have my interview just a little over a week ago, just after 2 weeks of grueling prep work and mock interviews. That being said, I’d do that prep work all over again if it meant I would be able to have my interview go that well again! So to that end, hopefully I get accepted! Anyhow, regardless of the result, I’m hoping to brush up on my very beginner level Japanese and at least be minimally conversational should I get accepted.
I could go on and on about my coming goals, but I’ll keep this post short! I think my final goal would likely be to work on this website and start creating the associated social media. I would love to be able to start vlogging if I end up on the JET Programme and just have a way to consolidate all my content. Stay tuned!
With that all being said, should the JET Programme result be a “yes” in 2 months time, congratulations to myself and all the other accepted participants! If not, stay motivated! The journey won’t and never will end there.
